Viark Viark Sat 4k HDMI

Hi all, i have a Viark Sat 4k. It has been working excellent until recently (last week or so). I can be watching a channel and the video will go to black screen and the TV will show that no video source is found. The Viark is still showing as powered on and display is showing channel number. Only way i can get video to return is to unplug and plug it back in. Anyone had this issue previously?

Can you do the usual thing of changing the hdmi lead for another, reflash the box and reinstall your channel list and or try a different power supply. These are the normal things other boxes have issues with.

What resolution have you got the 4k to output ? 4k 30 ? Try 25

Also try the Viark connected to a different HDMI input on your TV.
