Viewing issues?

Hello. I got a line over a week ago and it has been fine so far.
Today while watching an encrypted channel the screen froze on an advert and remained like that for 5 minutes. I tried other channels that and the Fta one's worked but a blank screen on the others.
I have rebooted the box and left it on an encrypted channel it was still blank but a couple of times it will flash the image for 1-2 seconds then freeze on the image?

Any ideas on what is causing this

Sounds like your line provider. Rebooted your router too?
