Virtual mac changed

Not sure if this change is normal
I’ve taken a sub with supplier & forwarded mac::::: all was good till now got Stb blocked appear
Apparently my virtual mac has changed from previous one supplied
And he,s correct as iv’e checked previous one to latest one
How’s this happened

Contact provider and get him to change it to the new one,It can happen any time
