VM cancel tv subscription???

My friend has asked me to hook him up with a box. Hes on VM currently. I would like to know that when I provide him with his box he can just cancel his VM tv subscription and the box I've gave him will continue to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Its always best to at least use the Vm bband for the box, this way you'll have live feed into the property. Though tbh, I don't know of anyone now who has cancelled their VM sub that their feed has been switched off at any point
