VM Hub iptv issues

Sorry if this is already covered but I couldn’t find it. While testing new iptv sub I’m having to reset my VM hub every morning as can’t get any internet access. I also have to daily reload all bouquets and epg info from XE. It then runs for the rest of the day until the next before repeating the procedure. It’s not the fact I’ve not yet set up my VPN is it??

go to my vigin media sign in /then click apps at top and turn everything in websafe to off

Curious if this could be the start of the blocking service from providers or just hub issue.

The “virus safe” was the only websafe option on so I’ve switched off, see if that works tonight.
