So had to call vm as I keep losing WiFi he ran tests as I also told him my ping was high and my son who games a lot was having issues
He ran tests and said a engineer was needed as my upstream was massively high
Now I've been testing trying to run iptv on an h2 box which kept freezing the box on vod and I had to turn off and on again
Question is this the reason my upstream is high because of the iptv and or why my box kept freezing
Still froze even at night when no other Internet users
Also tried different suppliers to check it wasn't there issue
