VM SUPER HUB 3 CONNECTION PROBLEMS

Hi Guys,Need some help from anyone who has a VM super hub 3 which is working with Openboxes.A friend had wifi issues so VM sent him a SH3 to replace his old router which was working fine with an Openbox V5s via ethernet. It wont connect to the new router and the line is showing offline.Ive tried rebooting box,router but no joy.If anyone has a box working with the VM sh3 can they suggest anything to make it work like changing settings on Router/Box etc.Any useful suggestions really appreciated.

Already a couple of threads on this issue, think everyone including VM know the hub 3 is rubbish. Think some people have decided to put it in modem mode and use their own routers. Have a search as there might be some better solutions
