Vodafone are over subscribed they told me my exchange is full to capacity. Luckily got out. I had the same with vodafone constant buffering, you could put a timer to it. I also think they know from patterns were streaming iptv and they know a way of disrupting it majorly. I know my provider was ace as others tried it for me over a few days and reported it ok for me. For me every channel it would glitch every 40secs

Would say it's area , as mine is fine but haven't seen any other wifi's showing up around me most are the popular one's. What did happen though last night openreach in my area must of had a failure at 11pm as every network went off for 30 minutes or so (how i know is i've wifi password to my neigbour's on either side of me from different providers so we have each others incase of failure/backup) .

Yeah in my mates case i'd say the same with there isp being BT as there game is on first, but past 3 nights now there's been an openreach outage for up to an hour one night , so i'm guessing there's an openreach issue where i'm at that there trying to fix late at night ...... It's all a guessing game for us though lol .
