Voip help

Hi I have changed my broadband from bt to sky and took out a calls package which is voip enabled. my question is what will i need to set this up, has anyone got this in there house. will i need new phones etc? i want something simple as my parents arnt that technology minded. broadband will be in the livingroom so it will have to be connected over wifi. any help would be appreciated.

I am with Virgin and they changed mine over to VOIP, all they done was conneted the phone to the VM Hub, he did have to call back to the office to let them know to switch something over, but it took him seconds. He used my normal Panasonic DECT Phone
