Hi having a few issues with the sound on my box most of the time its fine but sometimes on HD channels it goes quiet and muffled but not for long.Any ideas it's a vu+ duo 2 running the latest open atv 6.2 thanks for any help

Not sure as I have the same box running open Atv. If it is Iptv it could be suppliers streams,or you could try service app using ext3 player. Need a bit more info .

Have you tried another HDMI cable just in case its faulty?
