Does anyone have any experience of either VPN?
Before all the replies come in, I have posted numerous times about my disagreement for a VPN and I stand by this. This request is for my father-in-law, as he has foolishly took out a 12 month IPTV subscription, which he has about 10 months left on and is now being told he needs a VPN, so I am looking at solutions for him.....I did warn him, but he wouldn't listen!!
Anyway, I have read a lot that digibit dramatically reduces your speed, but it is very cheap and obviously libertyshield is just plug and go into your existing router.
I'm just looking for the easiest solution for him, as I know digibit can just be added into WB.
Anyone have any good/bad points for either?
He has a BT smart hub, so can't add a VPN onto his router, so it would need to be added into his H2s or connecting the libertyshield into his existing smart hub.
