Use down loader for Fast.com.on home page just type in Fast .com and it will appear.as for ookla you will have to use their apk and side load it

Speed test I have on fire stick is from amazon store but crap. Too inconsistent.

Put it this way. I've tried IPTV using a VPN on a 15mb line with no problems.
You don't need a fast connection, it just needs to be a minimum of 10mb
