Vpn wont stay green

I followed the instructions to install Spanish . All is green showing connection. Press red to exit and the connection is lost. Anyone know will can exit without losing connection. Everything has been saved by pressing the blue button. Should read ipvanish predictive text?

What it is bud it's connected and everything is good , but when I press the red button to exit .it loses the connection.
