Hi all, Please help, am trying to run vpn on h2h have wooshbuild infinity image on, added the vpn plug in, but it won't accept user and p/w entry

Green to add user yellow to add p/w blue to save setting message comes up user and p/w not added. Any ideas how i can get round this?
