** vu duo 2 vm dvb-t t2 hybrid tuner issue

I got dvb t2/c tuner. I am virgin broadband customer but I have NOT got tv package. I have tried everything but nothing is working in my favour

I have same set up, are you able to view any cable channels, how many does the box detect when you run a scan?

I have manage to scan channels after replacing cable.xml file via ft and I can see ftv BUT channels are badly breaking downany suggestion mate?

If the fta channels are glitching then I would check signal strength if it's just the encrypted ones the get a different provider
