can you help, no volume control on my vu duo remote

Try using webif on pc to check and see if you can adjust volume on it. Browser address bar type in your box ip like 192.168. etc.
Check with mobile phone camera that it sees the flashes while pressing button and mute is not enabled.

Also, check the remote batteries. Some buttons play up when the batteries are getting low.
