Hi,my vu+duo is stuck in starting loop help pls

how never used this box bought 2years ago,was going to get rid of s--box but her indoors wouldn't let me so I need a simple idiot guide of how to do it pls

OK, firstly you will need a good quality USB drive, download the latest image for the VU+Duo.

When you have the image on the USB just insert it into the VU+ (whilst it is powered off), power on the VU and press the power button when you get the message on screen.

Just wait and let the flash happen then set the box up again using the menu.

If you had a line/gift and it is still on your box without you having a back up then you will need to contact your supplier to get a replacement one or a new one.

I have a VU+ Solo 2 and they are a great box.

nope wont work as the old duo possibly has internal cap gone and box is left with starting on front and red light.

Never thought of that as the OP stated he had never used the box.

been plugged in and using other stuff still might happen ,mine died twice.

he has not stated yet if red light is present or not ??

yes red light is on given up on it now probably skip it wont be worth cost of repair
