they are zap buttons to viewing history, to quickly change to a previous channel you watched.
if your using the genuine original remote it says epg, its next to the exit button. then its the arrows at the side of the OK button. if its a replacement VU remote its the epg button between the volume and channel buttons., then again its the arrows at the side of the OK button
