VU Solo clone help please !

Hardly worth the effort as they were shite, get yourself a vu zero if you are on a budget

As he already has the box jonny it is worth seeing if it can be updated other wise just a door stop.I have updated these clones in the past and as a satellite box they work just fine but would not tend to even try iptv.

From memory there is a light on the front and it should change colour if correct firmware and then leave it and should reboot and you will see on tv screen as been a few years

Afraid not... it was "blank" after attempting the solo2 image... thought I'd bricked it, but installed a backup of blackhole 2.08 which works.... but the image you sent in post #14 attempts to boot, then sails on to boot bh, so I guess it's not compatible ?

Many thanks to moshibeth and you guys for the help... found a vix that loads, but won't drive the tuner... so it looks like I'm stuck with the old BH image.
