Vu + Uno Stuck On Load Screen

Hey folks,long time no see. I'm in pickle here with my usually brilliant Vu+ Uno. Last night i tried downloading some of the plugins from the menu, and when it rebooted it went kaput. It will now only boot as far as the OATV 6.1 screen and then nothing.Ive tried the usual stuff, different USBs all low level formatted. If I could just get it to boot basic OATV I can do the rest from there. Does anyone have any suggestion for how to resurrect my box or any USB that can flash a Vu Uno. Cheers.

what make usb stick and what size

Mine doesn't seem particularly fussy about usb sticks and will flash with all the ones I've tried.

I assume there is no response from the remote ie if you press the menu button ?

any usbs i use are 8gb kingston,cruzer,or integral,follow the flashing guides?
