Waiting for network setup

Gone to load up this morning and all I keep getting is that message. Tried connecting to both the vpn WiFi and my router. Normally it would load into the portal and not load channels never had this before. Av tried also contacting my provider and it’s now saying the email address hasn’t been found

looks like your provider has done one if email address cannot be found

I had did done to me recently, disappeared without a trace!!

I messaged my old supplier and he thinks it’s all gone down due to a raid and will of deleted his email to prevent being tracked. Not sure anyone else has the same problem but if not I’ll need a new provider

I think that is box related , had it on a few., had to reset boxs.
Just kept looping asking for network set up
