Watching prime Video On Firestick

I have a trial for prime at the moment, and can successfully watch anything on the app on my phone.
HOWEVER, this evening I set up a firestick using my real Amazon account and I cant watch anything, I get thus error



When I go to that page there doesn't seem to be any info relating to 5505 error any suggestions?

only things I found were,check that registered country hasn't changed,de register then re register fire stick and clear cache,I googled the problem there is a few,but that was the best options I saw. but please read them first

Registered country hasn't changed, it tells me I am in Dublin- I am.
This is a brand new firestick, so cant see how it could be a cache issue.
I'm not gonna deregistered, then reregister, it has only just Been set up.
I cant find any FAQ's about error 5505 - if you can, could you link them here please?

I did a bit more research, apparently the 4k firestick cant get the ROI regional prime video - however, I can play it on my phone and cast to the firestick - feckin ridiculous!!!

Wheelo, just go on to teh online Amazon chat or request a callback and tell them that you live in Northern Ireland. No questions asked. They will change the settings and you'll be good to go. Literally took me two minutes the other day.
