Hi, I have an old WP2. I have not used it for few years. It appears support for this player is dead. I want to use it watch movies from my usb drive or hard disk. Can I please ask which image or build I should install on it? libreELEC? How about upgrading its android manually? I have no interest to watch live tv using DVB-S. Thanks
 
I had one of these long gone now. My memory is a little sketchy on them now.

There is a openpli image available although dont expect the feeds to work.

Do you want openelec as a disk image or recovery version ?

I like to keep default OS as Android, want the box to pick up openelec from mico SD card when booting.

No Wetek stopped making them and support dropped, your only going to get the last versions available, i think around 2020.
