What do I need to Record one Channel and watch another?

Hi Again! I now have my Technomate ™ Twin 4k up and running. It said on the World of Satellite that it could record up to 7 Channels but when I set to record it stops the channel I am watching.
I have only set up one Cable tuner B as I had a few problem. I only have one feed and its going into tuner B. How do I set up in settings?
Do I need another feed to enable and set up Tuner C and do I need another line for this also?
No bothered by Sat tuner A happy to leave dormant.

Yes, i believe you will need 2 cables going into the back of the box [ if you have 2 cable tuners on rear of box ] one will record for you,while the other lets you carry on watching tv...
