Easiest way of testing which vpn to go for is look for ones that offer trials take trials and see which has the less speed restriction when connected to vpn.
What isp speeds do you get???
As if you have shite speeds I wouldn’t entertain a vpn imo here are a few vpn providers but not in best to worst just a random list
