What's the difference - C-line & N-line?

What's the difference - C-line & N-line? Heard c-line is more stable etc...

It all depends on your server supplier. if they over subscribe then it wouldn't matter if it's a c or n line, they would both be unstable. also depends on what box you intend to use it on as some boxes eg openbox seen to work best with n lines using MGcamd. Always is best to try a test line for free of a new pretension supplier, If they they don't want to offer you at least 24hr free test then stay well clear.
