Cable Where are my channels?

Hi guys, just set up my box today after a few failed attempts but thanks to this forum I think I am almost there.
I have ran the auto scan which has successfully completed and picked up 375 video channels and populated the EPG. Unfortunately however, of these 375, only the five terrestrial channels work.
Where have I gone wrong? Thanks in advance.

Sorry garyth I am completely new to this and getting info out of supplier is like getting blood out of a stone!
Please elaborate, what do you mean "added a supplier?"
If you could give me instructions on where I need to go and what to check for or input would be forever grateful.

Ok so to get premium channels you need a connection n/c line
If your box has come preloaded with one then your provider should help you, if your trying to set up from scratch, have a little read on the cable Zgemma section,. If you need a connection and a guide how to add you will find this info in this section as well. Hope this helps, the members on here are only to glad to help, its what the forums for and we all need to start somewhere

why only 375 channels,hope that is not a sat scan and only a cable scan on cable tuner,you might need softcam and a line to go forwards as mentioned above.
