I noticed the good thread about on this day in history and as i was looking up info i found a good read about my own city so decided to put it up here if anyone wants to read about it. Might be interesting to see where the TK group are residing around the world :)

I listen to Beat everyday when im down in Waterford,i remember a few years ago there use to be a great pirate station but the name slips me.

Thats a blast from the past moh! ABC power 104 lol still remember it,inspired by atlantic 252 i imagine. WLR fm was a pirate station a long time ago aswell, still remember listening to their final broadcast, cant remember the dj at the time but he was very emotional. mind you most of the people involved in the pirate stations are in full time official radio nowadays!

Thanks for that axxxo it was always bugging me that i couldn't remember the name of that station considering that i use to always listen to it, and i always remember Wamdue Project - King Of My Castle use to be always on....moh belting around Waterford listening to that happy days :)
