Windows 10 Windows 10 bootable via usb hotswap caddie

Can someone please explain how do I make a Windows 10 bootable from a usb hotswap caddie ?. I currently run Windows 7 but I would like to give windows 10 a go without wiping it

If you have a W10 DVD you could use it to install to the caddie, maybe.
I don't know much about windows, but its really easy to do this with Linux.

I've tried WinToUsb using a an iso of Windows 10 pro and booted from USB in bios but I just got CTRL ALT DELETE dos screen
