Windows 7 windows 7 crashes

windows 7 keeps crashing and the only things ive downloaded lateley is google chrome and winrar whitch ive uninstalled but the problem is still with me thinking of doing a factory reset and hope it will sort it out

instaed of factory reset i downloaded the 360 amigo cleaner and thaat seems to have sorted it out thanks for getting back to me sandog

i sorted it with the 360 amigo what you put on in the software in the windows 7 thanks again ferguji sandog
