Hey all,
Hoping someone can help, I have an Octagon SF8008 Box with an active IPTV Line, all live channels are fine. I use XE Vod for TV series/movies but these don't seem to update for some reason, I have went into XE Downloader and pressed the blue button to import and saved but makes no difference, it doesn't update to the current series, hope that makes sense and someone can help, cheers.

You need your provider to sync up his templates with the server for you to get all the new stuff if he’s added any

Cheers, got it sorted, provider updated it from his end last night, after I nagged. him
