Xtream editor - can I create subcategory in channel group list?

I've got an xtream editor standard sub and I wondered if it's possible to create a subcategory in my channel group listing?

My sub has loads of vod groups so I want to create a new group titled VOD ALL and then add each vod category (eg Disney movies/2018 movies/sports movies etc) to this group, is that possible?
 
I'd just use an xc plugin for the VOD. Take them out of bouquets altogether.


There are modded ones available that allow you to use your m3u details to sync.

Then just assign a hotkey such as red and use the plugin. It will have artwork and director/actor/IMDb rating etc viewable also.

Thanks chaps, I should of stated I use perfect player through firestick so not sure if those methods will work but I'll certainly have a look
 
Oh neither method is appropriate in that case sorry.

There maybe good android apps, and your provider might have one. Worth asking, mine has 3 lol
