Satellite Xtream editor issue

Hi all, hope someone can help.

Zgemma h7s with Xstream Editor V3.2.3, currently unable to import bouquets or EPG, getting the following error message "getting setting exception".
Have tried the following,
Set import to disable, press Green to save, then exit all, pressed menu then restart.
When box is back on
Menu, Plugins, Xtream Editor, set import to enable, green to save, open Xtream Editor press yellow to import bouquets then blue to import epg. Bouquets or EPG don't import, still getting the same error message as above. ("getting setting exception")

Any suggestions for sorting above would be much appreciated.

At the bottom of the post is three dots and a down arrow, click the arrow and choose EDIT, cut out the empty space and save

Has your line on xe expired at provider end

Maybe you using v3 and your supplier still using v2 or visa versa, If so this would have had an impact from march 1st
Look in settings to see if the top option is set to use v3 version or not then check with your supplier

Thank you all for your replies. I have managed to sort it by doing the following:-

opening XE and pressing menu then update XE plugin (even though it didn't need updated), ends in the box rebooting. Once it rebooted I went back into XE and pressed the yellow and blue buttons and it started to pull in the EPG data.
