Xtream TV not working.

Hi,

I recently paid to get Xtream TV set up on my Zgemma H9S box. It has worked for about 3 weeks and now this has been appearing for the last few days. The guy who done it for me, his phone has been switched off for days. Can anyone help or advise as to what is wrong and what can be done?20190919_182623.jpg
 
Xtream codes are down so that's probably why you are having issues, most are updating but they should be giving you the info. Maybe give them till Monday if no reply then maybe look elsewhere.
 
OK. Thank you. So it's currently all down? Where/how do I go about getting it tuned in again? The guy I used last time was a fluke find.
 
No one can sort your box out at present will just have to wait and see what happens as has been mentioned on here your provider may get back to you once sorted
 
Yes but obviously nothing can be done at the moment till your provider gets back to you or if you source another, but as mentioned above not many if anyone can setup subs yet.
