My provider does not have access to a Xtreme panel, I would need someone to provide the line and link it.

Use jedimaker or find a provider that supports it pal

you are best to just do it yourself, its pretty easy but time consuming. all you need is your user/pass, server url and port number.

to expect someone to add 1 line to their own panel and organise your channels, categories, epg and picons and keep them updated when they change is probably going to be more expensive than just doing it yourself even if you can find someone willing to do it for you.
