yellow button on a dreambox 500s

hi all i have a dreambox 500s and have noticed my mutv is now tinypop+1,motors is Radar and i have no true movies or true movies 2 i have been told to press the yellow button on my remote and update it then it will reboot and all come back on well i have done this but its all the same any help with this and if so could you please tell in a simple way very new to this thanks all

do an automatic transponder scan, it will pick your missing
channels up,then go to all channels on red button ,and move them to there
bouquets.
