your stb is blocked call the provider.

checked everything ,ie mac address , provider address ,provider is up and running because my mate who is with him as got a limited service,he said everything was ok his end , what to do ????

Clear cache date make a note of your mac address and portal uninstall stb and re install it

Probably what it means, call your your provider got to be something there end....

How can it be if his mate is with same provider and no problems?

I had same problem with my stb noted mac address uninstalled re installed worked first time that's why said to op uninstall re install

Yeah a simple uninstall and re install of stb emu sorted my pronlem don't know about the op
