youre receiver encountered a software problem- after factory reset

So my iptv has been down for over a month now, ive been talking to my supplier about every possibilty of fixing it,now im fed up and decided to factory reset my box, i was running the latest version of wooshbuild and now ive clicked the restart it comes up youre receiver encountered a software problem and keeps going in circles i cant do anything at all, is there anything i can do or is the box busted?

How will i reflash now? Ive already factory reset and i dont know much about the zgemma/ iptv, ive had it for nearly a year but never had any problems so i dont know any technical bits about the software or box. Its stuck going in circles so i cant do anything on the remote, how would i re flash using usb

If i delete the current wooshbuild software off the usb and download again when i turn the box on will it come up with the wooshbuild setup page and be fine or will it still come up system error

If you format the usb device correctly it should flash and come up with the wooshbuild setup page

Trying to download wooshbuild and it says in the top corner download not available via external site, am i looking in the wrong place to download it or is it not working
