Zgemma box keeps losing line

Hi guys,

Very new to all this can someone please tell me were i am going wrong. I flashed my box with Ipab and looks and works ok only problem is everytime i add my line it works no problem. Then when the box reboots the line is gone and i have to re add it again. Please can someone help i am cracking up lol.

I had this and had to reflash box. Probably an error whilst loading firmware so best to reflash and set up as new. I.e do not restore settings from a backup

I had the same problem and after a reflash it hasn't done it since.
