Zgemma file system for recording.

Hi fellow members. I have purchased a Zgemma H2H & added a 500gb hard drive. I have made several recordings successfully but when I tried to back them up on my pc it reports an unsupported file system. So no way to archive these recordings it seems. Does anyone know of a good satellite box with recording format that can be read by a Pc. Thankyou in advance.

you would be better asking in your boxes sub forum
if the box runs on engima2 it will record in the same format (.ts)

i have no problem playing them on vlc
maybe try a different app that supports the files, dont blame the box
