The more info you post the better chance of help eg what zgemma model you have image etc.

The box being stuck at 49 is an old issue from while back best bet is to back up your line details and reflash your box.

theres a few you could try in here woosh grog willo dsayers etc all have good up to date builds just now.

Thanks,put latest openatv onto thumb drive and then it sticks on49.i ts a zgemmah2s.will look for your suggestions

Have you tried a different psu reflashed again try grog free range build as it does it all flashes and installs where you just select options GrogBuild - Grogbuild FreeRange for all enigma2 boxes
