Zgemma H.2s Stopped Being Recognised by TV

I have a Zgemma H2s with Wooshbuild Infinity. It has been working fine but all of a sudden our Tv has stopped recognising it.

Is it knackered or are there things I can try to fix it?

i had the same issue some time ago, turn off from mains, unplug hdmi and then after 5mins plug it back in via a different hdmi port and it worked

what do you mean not recognising it? do you mean one doesn't come on when other is turned on or something else?

Using the TV Remote select the correct TV Source for the TV's HDMI Port connected to box.
Press RED on box Remote to switch off, then press RED on box Remote to switch on...
You may have to do this a couple of times.
