Hi everyone my zgemma h.s is stuck on boot and the kids are screaming for tv what can I do to fix it

from a company in Ireland that isn't answering the phone

Might be busy who knows but you need your line to get it fully working and you need to reflash it. don't suppose you knew what image you were using?

I have the same problem, its the box is just stuck in boot and won't change. I don't have a clue what my line is either!!!
