You obviously don't tell them that and you can only ring them if you have a genuine service from them obviously i.e. an internet package.

You're essentially receiving their TV service for free so I don't see why anyone would begrudge paying them for their lowest internet package - this keeps the revenue flowing as believe it or not, they do need to receive an income from somewhere!

If you have a genuine service from them, you're always guaranteed to have a live connection as yours could be disconnected at any point plus if you have any issues and it's to do with the supply, it will be rectified foc :)
