Cable Zgemma H1 clock and remote freezing

Recently I have loaded IPTV on to my zgemmaH1 and I have started having issues with the time freezing along with the remote control not working ... is this just a case of too much going on on an old box or could it be something else ?

try some new batteries in remote & check internet connection👍

As in reload wooshbuilld ? Batteries are fine it’s just the box freezing
