Cable Zgemma H1 has only Tuner A: DVB-C

Please someone help, my Zgemma H1 had both tuners. Now i can only see one Tuner (Tuner A: DVB-C) which is very strange. can search and get the Virmin channels but by morning it stops working. How do i get Tuner B back. i know Tuner A is for satelite while Tuner B is for cable but now lost one and Tuner A is the other way round.
 
I'd reflash your box. Looks like something is corrupt. Don't forget to make a back up of your settings.
 
I've reflashed twice with different firmwares but still shows only Tuner A

you need to enable / disable the tuners that you need or dont want.

i have the same build and works fine for me.
 
I only have one option and that is for dvb-c, even when I have sat and cable connected in the right ports. Can you please tell me if you have 2 options, 1 for dvb-s and the other dvb-c? or describe how you are enabling/disabling thanks.
 
i have just trued to do an automatic search (to see if i can get the racing uk HD channel on virmin) Tuner A: DVB-S2 found all usual channels. Tuner B: DVB-C enabled says: TRYING TO FIND TRANSPONDERS, THEN IT SAYS FAILED TO SCAN (ERROR STARTING SCANNING!) i am not clearing beforse scan as i am scared i will lose all my existing channels if it fails to scan. Anyone else having this issue (had for a few months and never had an issue before) Its ok at the moment but i just can never do a rescan on tuner b....

ok so i just went into tuner configeration and turned provider to: uk cable. It was set to some frequencies for some reason, finding everything now again
