Cable zgemma h1 listing channels in wrong order.

Hi this is my first post , i'm a complete noob so apologise in advance for any errors.I have a zgemma h1 box connected to vm line only (no sly connection ).i am receiving all the channels but the order is mixed up.I have the categories but the wrong channels in each category.Any help would be much appreciated,thankyou in advance. sidney
 
Hi Sidney,

First of all, have you used sucmnsee image to flash or followed any guides before?

When you scanned did you do an automatic scan or was it though AutoBouquetsMaker?

Thankyou for your response.As im new i'm not sure of the answer to the first part of your question but when i scanned i first deleted the bouquete and then after restarting i i scanned through auto bouquettes maker.

Did you get the box brand new, or did you get it off somebody who set it up beforehand?
Thats okay, When I'm back home, I'll go though it with you in more detail :)
 
Purchased the box brand new.Was working perfectly till the end of december but then went off.Back on now but the channels are all over the place.
 
yes have run autobouquets but the channels end up in the same categories.i have also tried deleting the bouquet first and the scanning but the channels are ending up in the same place.
