Cable Zgemma H1 - Mgcamd plugin wont download

hey guys, set up this box and got a test line. All worked fine until the line started freezing a bit so i contacted the vendor and he said to delete the plug in from the portal menu and redownload it. I deleted it, but my box wont download it. It says error "resource temporarily unavailable" every time i try. Any ideas? is there a way i can ftp the file to the softcam folder if i download the right plug in?

are you going in to menu - plugins - then green button to download ?

yes. and i tried via the portal button. no joy.

Download the file in downloads and transfer it to the box via ftp

I have tried that and it never completes the ftp process. It gets to 40 or 50 % and disconnects from the box, then reconnects and tries again but never progresses. I was wondering weather I had the wrong file. Could someone link me to an mgcamd v1.38 download file. Also what file type should a softcam be?
