Cable Zgemma H1 Stuck on Boot?

Hi All,

My Zgemma has been working fine since I bought it. I've not used it for a few days but when I turned it on just now, it's just stuck on boot. Any ideas?

unplug all usb's from box.

then try booting it.

I would disconnected all the Sat and cable feeds as well m8

If you have your line details and it's stuck on a boot just reflash. Take you 30 mins tops to be back viewing again.

Yeah I've done a flash and restarted from scratch but I feel like I might have missed something out. I've reflashed, downloaded CCcam and mgcamd, installed autobouquets maker, scanned, installed crossepg and activated my cams. But when I press epg on my remote I'm getting no channels listed. It's been a while since I've done this and I only did it the once, have I missed something?

I think I might have found the missing step. In cross epg there is no providers option. Any idea why this is?

Ignore that. I was in the wrong menu. I forgot providers comes under autoerbouqets maker. Might just give up tonight and reflash again tomorrow

Stupid auto correct.

Cross EPG doesn't work with ATV. I thought it was XMTV you needed for it.

Cross is for Vix I'm sure.

I'm still a noob to all this, I don't even know what cross is for. I'm just following the same guides as last time yet I'm not getting a single channel listing.

I'm a relatively newbie myself.

I found flashing with Sucmnsee Vix & configuring tuner B for cable. It has everything you need for running a good setup (auto bouquets, Cross EPG etc). Also has a really good guide to help you get set up.

I unplugged my usb while the box was on and now the USB stick seems to be corrupt. That'll teach me! box is 3hrs old!

When the USB initialises on the box it creates partitions and changes to ext4. Which laptops don't recognise. Download hdd guru on your laptop do a full low level format then do a windows fat32 format. Should be good as new.

It's sorted now. I reflashed and started from scratch. Still a noob at this. Reflashed it 3 times and couldn't figure out why my channels weren't listed. Until I discovered I was on a blank channel page. Pressed the next button on my remote and there they were. I've backed up my current image and settings incase it happens again.
