Zgemma H2 Help Please

I have bought a zgemma H2 box setup with Vix. It had mgcam 1.35a preinstalled with 1 line.

I can only view the FTA channels. Took it back to the guy I bought it from he reset the cam and it started working again.
Worked fine at home turned the box off and back on (moving plugs around) and now only have FTA channels again. Tried contacting the guy I got it from no response.

Ive reset the cam No joy and Done a channel search with no luck.

Any suggestions do I need a new n line?

If your using a nline you should be able to see the details in the softcam panel if its connected when you restart the mgcam. Try putting the box into a deep standby and booting back up form scratch.
If the lines connected you should see this at the bottom of the cams page

If your using a nline you should be able to see the details in the softcam panel if its connected when you restart the mgcam. Try putting the box into a deep standby and booting back up form scratch.
If the lines connected you should see this at the bottom of the cams page

In the softcam manager it shows red green yellow and blue buttons at top. The yellow on restarts it.
Theres a tickbox and then It says mgcamd 1.35a. says restarting etc. it doesn't say anything at the bottom of the page as to wether its working or not. I can get screen shot tomorrow of this helps? thanks for your help

bit of a long shot here, but as you said you were moving cables around, you defo have a Ethernet connection to the box yeah, it hasn't fallen out

gets as far as Vix wallpaper, and provides a Menu with a basic black background UI - epg is blank!
Tried flashing from various sources.
occasionally get "USB" to display but never "FLSH"
Tried numerous pen drives!!

Help!!

What make of flash pen are you using, I found Kingston and Scandisk to be the ones that always work for me

also use the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool to format the disk as FAT32

once you have copied over the files - if a file name named noforce, rename that to force and try again

That sounds like you have a freshly installed copy of ViX and needs setting up from scratch.
If you want a preconfigured build have a look in the download section.
If USB appears on the display when trying to flash you have to press the front power button.

all internet cables etc are ok. pressed the yellow button and reset the cam still no joy
